Please do not post events for charity fundraisers or ask people to donate. If you are doing charity events, you
can of course contact people privately. If it's decided that any charity event will be posted, then currently only the charities below would be acceptable. Also, money collections should be through the STSG Bank Account
and sent to the charity from STSG:

Events General Guidance

1) All Events Hosted by our Members should be done on a Voluntary Basis and should not be charged for.

2) This Group is a 'not-for-profit' Social Group.

3) No Commercial Events to be posted except by express written/emailed permission from the Group
    Organizer.

4) No charity events of any kind without express permission of the group organizer. This will be via email and
    will be on a per-event basis only.

5) Events Hosted in Commercial Venues, such as bowling ranges or cinemas, will be charged for by the Venue
    and your money should paid directly to them. In some cases, such as the Xmas Meal, the Group Organizer
    may co-ordinate payments to the recipient and your money should be paid into the STSG Bank Account
    instead.

6) Unless otherwise stated, Event Hosts do not have, or are expected to have, insurance of any kind. Any Event     you attend is entirely at your own risk. You must ascertain your suitability for any Event attended. Neither     Sheep Town Social Group (STSG) or Meetup Inc. can accept any liability of any kind.
